KidShape® is currently implementing and licensing two separate curriculums. They are the result of input by dietitians, mental health professionals, parents, students, and staff who implement the program. The curriculums are constantly evolving, taking into account new scientific findings and improved techniques to deliver information more effectively. The curriculums are creative and utilize "kid-friendly" techniques to make the classes fun for both the staff and participating families. The information provided to the families is available in both English and Spanish.

The KidShape® curricula is eight weeks long and divided into two interdependent four-week modules. The first four-week module is entitled "Fruit Session" with each week named after a fruit. The second four-week session is entitled "Vegetable Session" with each week named after a vegetable. A family must complete two consecutive four-week modules to graduate from KidShape®. Families can enroll in the program at the beginning of either the Fruit or Vegetable Sessions, since each module is taught interdependently. The topics covered in the curricula remain constant, however, the presentation of each topic changes reflecting input from KidShape® families and staff.
